About Dr. Don Lerner
Don N. Lerner, MD, FACS, is a board-certified otolaryngologist, (ear, nose & throat surgeon), having completed his residency training at Georgetown University Medical Center (Washington, DC) and medical school at the University of Miami (Miami, FL). He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Otolaryngology, Fellow of the American College of Surgeons, member of The Voice Foundation and affiliate member of the National Association of Teachers of Singing.
Making an Appointment
When you or your physician become aware of a voice change or other related problem, call the Center for Voice & Speech at 904.398.7232. Our staff will schedule an appointment and verify insurance coverage if necessary. Time permitting, we will mail required forms to be completed before your scheduled appointment.
Directions:
The Center of Voice & Speech is located in the Pavilion office building adjacent to Baptist Hospital along the St. Johns River.
From I-95 south: Exit Mary Street (before crossing the river)
Right on San Marco Blvd.
Right on Prudential Dr.
Left on Palm. Turn left into Parking A, Baptist Medical Center patient & visitor parking.
From I-95 north: Exit San Marco Blvd.
Left on Palm. Turn right into Parking A, Baptist Medical Center patient & visitor parking.
